Sally Field as Norma Rae, 1979 Movie Poster

It's November 2025, and I can't think of a better time to update my Norma Rae poster design. The previous one (there's a picture in the slides) was minimalist in style, and I created it in 2016 when I opened my first Etsy shop.  In Martin Ritt's 1979 film, Sally Field plays the lead as a factory worker who, after she and her co-workers' health are compromised due to poor working conditions, becomes involved in trade union activities at the textile factory where she works. Colorful and powerful in equal parts, this strong poster will be comfortably at home on any wall from the living room to the office. Norma Rae is also part of our 1920-70´s poster collection.
