Mild, well-balanced coffee roasted to medium. This coffee fills your cup with aromas of dried orange, berry, and chocolate.  From a region where the UNESCO declared a world heritage site, this mountainous coffee is a classic, approachable, and familiar bean. The richness of flavor for which Colombian coffee is known is due to the excellent climate composed of nutrient-rich soil, consistent rainfall, and just enough sunlight at the right elevation. Second, Colombia grows exclusively Arabica beans, guaranteeing the quality you expect.  Certifications: EP- “European Preparation”; a processing verification that guarantees the beans are hand-sorted to remove any sub-par beans and foreign material such as dirt and leaves.
