Zirconia Hybrid Full Arch - Design & Milling Service

Our Full Arch Design and Milling Service combines precision and aesthetics for optimal results. We start by capturing detailed intraoral scans, including maxillary and mandibular impressions, bite registration, and, if available, a temporary guide. Photos of the patient help us match tooth shape and length for perfect occlusion. We design the structure using Exocad to ensure accuracy and beauty.In the milling phase, we analyze the STL file to verify alignment and parameters. Using MillBox, we nest the arch with the selected material and a stabilizer to prevent issues during sinterization. We simulate the tool path with Sum3D to avoid collisions, then proceed to mill and inspect the structure to ensure top-quality margins and surfaces.
