Our Full Arch over Bar Design Service begins with gathering the necessary files: bar scan, gingiva scan, antagonist scan, bite registration scan, and temp guide scan. We use Exocad software to design with precision, ensuring proper thickness, functionality, and aesthetics. Often, this service is integrated with our TITANIUM BAR DESIGN SERVICE for added design flexibility. In such cases, additional marker scans and implant system details are required. The design is reviewed with the customer using a 3D viewer to ensure satisfaction before finalizing and delivering the final STL file. This approach guarantees a seamless process and results in high-quality, functional, and aesthetically pleasing outcomes.
