We start by collecting maxillary, mandibular, marker, temporary, and bite registration scans, along with details about the implant system used. Using Exocad, we design a titanium framework, ensuring that the zirconia overlay is optimally thick and well-retained. Our design balances retention, cantilever management, and reduces prosthetic weight while ensuring the precision, function, and durability of the final prosthetic. Once we finalize the design, we send a 3D viewer for your confirmation before proceeding.
