Our Full Arch Milling Service begins with a thorough analysis of the received STL file to ensure all parameters are correctly aligned to achieve the desired structure. Next, we nest the arch using MillBox, selecting the chosen material and adding a stabilizer to maintain structural integrity during sinterization. Using Sum3D, we simulate the tool path and check for collisions to ensure precision. Once everything is verified, we proceed with milling and perform a quality check to ensure all margins and surfaces meet our high standards.
