Shipping & Live Arrival Policy Please review the following information carefully before placing your order. All live livestock is shipped overnight only to ensure the health and safety of the animals. Orders ship on Mondays and Tuesdays at a flat rate of $39.99. Orders placed Wednesday through Sunday will ship the following Monday or Tuesday, weather permitting. Shipping schedules may be adjusted due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances. To reduce waste and maintain water quality during transit, all fish are fasted for a minimum of 24 hours prior to shipping. Depending on order timing and our feeding schedule, shipments may be held for several days before dispatch. If temperatures at the destination are below 40°F, shipping may be delayed to protect the livestock.
