Goatzilla by Bruce Burr, Limited Edition Print, available on canvas. This recently discovered poster of a briefly infamous Japanese 50’s horror movie, “Goatzilla, The Revenge of the Timid”, has been carefully restored. Edna, a country goat nibbling fresh, green grass near Nagasaki, suddenly grows in size. The locals are at first surprised and happy that their little village could produce such a large goat. She grows and grows. As she enlarges, a dark mood slowly overcomes her. No longer a content vegetarian, Edna starts nibbling random geese, cows and children. Horrified, the villagers notify the authorities. After 50 minutes of mind numbing dialogue and ridiculous intrigue involving geishas, a corrupt official and three extremely sweet yet worldly juveniles, bombing commences. Edna fights with radioactive milk and death-ray vision. Her quick arrival in Tokyo scatters the locals, who hide in the subways, as the air force (tediously and ineptly) pummels Edna with utterly useless weapons
