100% grass-fed beef flat iron steak. Like a flank steak, but with even more flavor. A thinner long steak perfect for hot and fast cooking on the grill or a quick pan-fry. Steaks are 10.75-13 ounces and are cut an average of 1/2" thick. Vacuum sealed and frozen.
