These IQF (individually quick frozen) shrimp are frozen on the boat without the head. They are full of flavor and offer a very clean, ocean taste. We recommend peeling/deveining them with a shrimp peeler prior to cooking. There are many ways to cook shrimp. We recommend sauteing in a skillet with butter and light seasoning. A Finn family favorite is frying in a light batter with a “bang bang” sauce made from butter, hot sauce, and brown sugar. These shrimp are harvested in the Southern Gulf of Mexico in the waters off of Key West. 16/20 count per pound
