Freedive Studio - Intro Class

Join an Introductory Class at our Freedive Studio, which runs every Sunday morning at beautiful Lake Berryessa in the heart of California wine country. TimingThe Introductory Class runs on Sundays, from 9am - noon. Detailed schedule: 9am: Meet in the parking lot, briefing, walk down together. 9 - 10am: Land class. 10am - noon: Water class. noon - 1pm: Bonus water practice time. 2-3pm (optional): Lunch at the Berryessa Gap winery down the road. Who should take this class?Our Introductory Class is designed for certified beginner and intermediate freedivers. In AIDA's terms, it is an AIDA 2-3 level class. If you are an expert freediver (AIDA 4 or equivalent) and would like to join the Studio without taking this class first, please contact us at hello@finsandfoamfreediving.com.
