FLAVOR HACKS: Blackened Citrus Chicken: Coat pyrex dish with thin layer of garlic olive oil and fresh lemon juice. Add bone-in chicken breasts. Drizzle more oil and lemon. Coat with blackened seasoning and lemon pepper. Cover with film and foil. Cook at 350 degrees for 50 minutes, uncover and cook until meat is 160 degrees. Broil on low for 2 minutes. Meat should be 165 degrees.
