Brass gated 1-1/2" NPSH wye valves are used for splitting water flow between fire hoses, fire hydrants, fire trucks, pumps, standpipe systems or any other application where diverting water in two different directions is needed.  The brass fire hose wye valve is made from high quality brass and is highly anti-corrosive.   This wye valve fits directly onto standard 1-1/2" NPSH fire hoses and outlets (NPSH is a standard straight pipe thread and the female swivel side will universally fit all straight and tapered pipe threads such as NPT, NPSH, NPS, IPT, etc ).
