By doing so we could achieve the following: Easily accessible with gloved hand Functional enough to replace other tools  Always at the ready to solve a problem It has a: Gas Valve Magnets (on some models) Spanner Wrench Standpipe Valve Oxygen Tank Valve The Rascal Wedge.
