Standard Minky Cloak - Customizable Hooded Cape

This double-sided cloak is perfect for any cozy occasion; let's Bring Cloaks Back. The Standard Cloak is 52" long; you can't customize the height. It's a fixed length based on the width of the fabric I use; I can't make the fabric wider.
