A twist on the famed SLOambic from the heyday of Barrelworks, we bring you a boosted iteration of the original Ollalieberry wild ale. This super fruited wild ale pours a deep ruby and bursts with fresh Marionberry character. A variety of the blackberry, we added a whopping 3 pounds of Marionberries to each gallon of oak-aged wild beer. It then sat on fruit for three months in French oak “fruiders.” The final beer has aromas of vanilla and freshly picked fruit and tastes juicy with crisp acidity and a subtle oak character.
