Please select the correct “Extended Warranty Type” for your Firewalla box, in the drop-down list above before adding to cart. The Firewalla Extended Warranty Plan is designed to provide comprehensive, worry-free extended coverage for your Firewalla box or AP7.  This warranty is only available to orders purchased directly from Firewalla.com and shipped to the USA. Only boxes that are currently within the one year manufacturer warranty are eligible for an Extended Warranty license. The extended warranty license will be sent in a separate email to the email used to place the purchase. The email containing the license will come from the sender name Firewalla and email address no-reply@edp-cdn.net. You have 30 days to pair/activate the license with your box to receive the full additional three years; otherwise, the warranty period will be prorated.
