Medium Roast - Single Origin Coffee From Fireweed Coffee

This is one 12oz bag of medium-roasted single-origin coffee. Medium roasts are a really good option for your everyday coffee. You get a nice cross-section of the origin profile notes of the light roast, but a little more chocolatey flavors of the darker roasts.  Medium roast beans taste great in Drip machines, AeroPress, French Press, and more.  Keep in mind: African coffees tend to have more fruity profiles, while South American coffees tend to be more bright, tasting of citrus and berries.
