These are our exclusive coffees. We carry only a handful of small lot coffees that are  delicious but unique in how they are processed (honey, bourbon, natural, etc). These coffees cost us more money and we have less on hand at any time. Order a specialty and we will ship you what we have fresh in stock. These coffees are almost always light roasted. Please note - purchasing a bag may delay shipment as we don't always have it in stock and will need to roast to order.
