Sauce of The Week - Bourbon Peach Habanero!

Georgia Peaches are just coming into season so I thought I'd try something new, and it came out great! Fresh Georgia Peaches that have been marinated in Makers Mark Bourbon, Fresh Habanero peppers and I substituted apple cider vinegar for the usual white vinegar. The Flavor is great!  The bourbon flavor is there, but not overwhelming.   The apple cider vinegar really adds a nice hint of apple.  The heat level is a high medium similar to the heat level on my Mango Habanero.  Great on wings, amazing on pork and Chicken!
