Self-Care for Survival Mode Class
This class is happening on Sunday March 8th 4:00-5:30pm at First House "Survival mode" isn't always a single event; sometimes it’s the quiet, heavy exhaustion of a season that has simply asked too much of you for too long. Most self-care advice fails because it assumes you have "free time" to spare while you're in the thick of it. In this 90-minute workshop, we move past the fluff and dive into wildly practical, trauma-informed tools designed for when life is really freaking hard. Together, we will navigate the three phases of survival mode (in the moment, in the aftermath, and long-term) and the self-care strategies and tools that will support you in each. Survival mode is the exact moment you need to double down on self-care that actually works, instead of what looks cute on social media.
