On-Time Delivery – Customer Shipments

This report shows shipment performance for sales orders, including quantities delivered on time and categorized by "days late" tiers: 1-5 days, 6-10 days, 11-30 days, and over 30 days (based on the date scheduled vs the date shipped). The report accounts for partial shipments; for instance, if a line item with a total quantity of 20 is shipped as two separate transactions (10 on one day and 10 on another), each will be represented individually on the report.
