See plastic thumbscrew kit here See stainless steel thumbscrew kit here PN:  MP-002  3 x 4 1/4" x 3" x 4" Anodized aluminum mounting plate This plate attaches to the bottom of the riser, and then gives you the following mounting options: Track mount, Compatible with Cisco and others Thumbscrew attachment to any of our 3x4, 4x4, or 5x5 mounting plates Can be used interchangeably between the above two options by simply the moving thumbscrews to the appropriate hole HOW IT WORKS: HYBRID PLATE, MOUNTED ON POLE SYSTEM RISER,   HYBRID PLATE RIGGED RISER, HELD IN YOUR TRACK AND LOCKED IN PLACE WITH THUMBSCREWS ONCE IN POSITION OR    HYBRID PLATE RIGGED RISER, ATTACHED TO A 3X4 BASE PLATE WITH THUMBSCREWS AS SHOWN.
