Tired Coffee: A collaboration between FISK & Upper Left Roasters. Portland, Earth. 250g whole bean coffee.   Current Batch Roast Date: 05.05.2023   There’s usually never only one way to get somewhere. But, with Tired Coffee, the route is pretty straight. From the first sip, here’s what you’ll taste: On the Hood: Warm, tea-like, floral flavors. Think chamomile and jasmine notes with a lemon and honey sweetness! Under the Hood: Lingering blackberry juice chases after a slightly wild, tropical lychee flavor. Tired Coffee is made of beans from Dumerso, a women-owned and operated farm in Yirgacheffe, Gedeo, Ethiopia. Elevation: 1880 to 2200 MASL An extended fermentation process was used in the manufacturing of the beans; roasted in Portland, Oregon.
