Thick N' Fit - 12 Week Program
Program description: Thick n’ Fit is what I do for myself and my clients when it comes to developing aesthetic muscles while losing as much non-essential fat as possible in just 12 weeks. The training is simple but challenging. You’ll lift weights and have HIIT specific days, we’ll do some recovery, and even extra credit if you really want to do absolutely everything in your power to win. Need more?
