The CTL is a new addition to the Ab Coaster Commercial Series product line. The unique design of the CTL features the patented Ab Coaster bottom-up movement without rails. The trackless CTL design features a a frictionless resistance system making the motion very easy for any user, including deconditioned and rehab patients, and makes for easy maintenance and super-quiet operation. Heavy-duty steel construction guarantees durability with even the most strenuous workouts. Free-style motion gives the user the ability to work not only their abs, but also their obliques with a full core workout. Urethane molded foam arm pads are comfortable and enable correct form and posture throughout the exercise. Quick easy assembly allows you to get going right away! 40 lb. olympic weight plate capacity encourages a more rigorous workout as the user progresses.
