We're currently featuring a coffee from Mira Flores, one of our family member farms in Honduras. It's natural process produced by owner Nelson Amador's cousin, Joel Banegas Sr. Joel Banegas is a fourth generation coffee farmer and cousin to Five Star Coffee Roastrs owner, Nelson Amador. He is the operations and milling manager for our exporting company in Honduras in addition to managing his own farm, Finca Mira Flores.
