The maximum recommended usage is 2 to 4 times per week. Using warm water, dampen the body or desired applicable area.Using the given small spoon, apply a small amount to the targeted area.Gently scrub in a circular motion multiple times to spread out the scrub thinly around the area. Let the scrub soak on the skin for 2 to 3 minutes. Using cold or room temperature water, rinse off the coffee grounds.
