15" 16 sided cedar frame drum, with deer hide head and beater.  Hand stretched, laced, and painted.   Red design features Norse ships, connected by the sun wheel in the center, surrounded by the Elder Futhark runes.  Around the frame, trees and algiz runes are painted.   The beater is woven with red yarn and finished with a horse hair and brass bead tie.
