Pepper - Sweet Banana A long highlighter yellow pepper that is sweet and tangy. If left on the plant they become a nice reddish - yellowish - orangish color. I really enjoy what this pepper brings to a hot sauce.  Type: Heirloom When to Plant:  North Florida: February & July Central Florida: February & July South Florida: August - September Planting instructions: Plant in a spot with full sun and well-draining soil. Give each plant 12-18” of space between each other. Sow directly into the garden or start transplants undercover.
