Harvey loves taking his mother to Sant Ambroeus in New York to enjoy the famous Prinsesstårta Cake — named ""Princess Cake"" because Swedish princesses were particularly fond of it. A beloved pastry that’s become a world obsession, we studied its sweet and sultry layers, and recreated them — creating complex, delicious  fragrance that smells like Almond, Marzipan, Vanilla custard, and spices.
