Christian calls this a Vin ‘Blouge’, meaning both Blanc (white) and Rouge (red) grapes are macerated together to give it its vibrant, juicy style. The grapes are hand-harvested and sorted manually in the vineyard. They undergo two weeks of whole-bunch co-maceration before being lightly pressed and fermented.
