L'Archetipo Litrotto Bianco 2024 (1L)
A joyful, liter-sized expression of southern Italy’s sun and soil, Litrotto Bianco captures the vibrant soul of Puglia through a blend of native grapes. Grown organically and according to the principles of Synergistic Agriculture, these vines thrive in clay-loam soils rich in gravel and humus, translating into a wine that hums with life and minerality. Spontaneously fermented with native yeasts and aged on the lees for several months, this unfiltered white glows a soft straw yellow in the glass. Aromas of ripe citrus, wild herbs, and Mediterranean scrub lead into a palate that’s fresh, balanced, and softly textured, finishing with a gentle salinity and lift. A natural, unpretentious table wine that’s both thoughtful and refreshingly drinkable.
