Le Roc Roc'ambulle Pet Nat Rosé 2022

This is a pétillant-naturel (pet nat) rosé made in the ancestral method, meaning the wine finishes its fermentation in bottle so you get soft bubbles without the fuss of traditional second fermentation.  The prettiest pale pink color that hints at all the red fruit to come. On the nose and palate, it’s all about juicy ripe red fruit! Think strawberries, red currants, sweet cherries, with bright citrus and a whisper of spice or floral peardrop notes. The bubbles are gentle and creamy, giving it a soft, almost creamy feel that still keeps the wine refreshing and lively. Roc’Ambulle lives in that fun space between bone-dry and slightly off-dry, so it’s easy to enjoy as an aperitif, at a summer picnic, or alongside light salads, fresh cheeses, and bright appetizers that match its playful energy.
