A distinctive and thoughtfully composed blend, I’m Mixed brings together Mourvèdre and Chenin Blanc in an unconventional yet harmonious expression. The nose opens with lifted aromas of red currant, wild strawberry, and dried rose petal, layered with subtle notes of white peach, crushed herbs, and a touch of spice. On the palate, the wine is light to medium-bodied with a graceful structure. Fresh acidity from the Chenin Blanc brightens the savory depth of Mourvèdre, revealing flavors of tart cherry, pomegranate, and faint citrus zest, balanced by earthy undertones and a gentle mineral finish.
