Mersel Red Velvet 2024

Mersel Red Velvet 2024 is a fresh, finely textured expression of Cinsault from the high-altitude vineyards of Deir El Ahmar in Lebanon’s Bekaa Valley. Grown at 1,200 meters, the 10-year-old vines lend brightness and lift, with delicate red fruit, gentle spice, and an understated earthiness that speaks clearly of place. Hand-harvested in September and fermented naturally in concrete, the wine is crafted with a restrained, thoughtful touch, allowing purity and finesse to take center stage. Light on its feet yet quietly complex, Red Velvet is best enjoyed slightly chilled to highlight its freshness, elegance, and beautifully smooth finish.
