David Nicholson 7 Year '1843' Bourbon Stitzel Weller Full Quart 1965 Distilled in 1965 at Stitzel-Weller distillery, when it was still under the ownership of the Van Winkle family. The legendary 'Pappy' had died that same year and handed the reigns to his son, Julian II, in 1964. It was bottled in 1972 by Stizel-Weller just before Julian had been forced to sell the distillery. These Van Winkle-distilled Stitzel-Weller bourbons are true collector's pieces.
