Antoniotti Odilio Pramartel NV

Odilio Antoniotti works steep, volcanic vineyards in Bramaterra, Alto Piemonte, continuing seven generations of family winemaking. “Pramartel” is a non-vintage field blend from various plots, typically around 70% Nebbiolo with Croatina and Vespolina. Farming is sustainable and all cellar work is hands-off. Grapes are destemmed, fermented with native yeasts in underground concrete tanks, and aged in old wood. Bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur, the wine is earthy, mineral, and structured—an honest, alpine red with real Piedmontese character.
