Aphros Ten Loureiro 2023

Aphros’ Ten Loureiro 2023 is a standout expression from Portugal’s Vinho Verde region, showcasing the native Loureiro grape from old vines grown on granitic, schist soils. Matt Cullen leads the biodynamic, dry-farmed project, rooted in regional tradition and low intervention. The grapes are foot-trodden, fermented with indigenous yeasts in old vats, and aged briefly on fine lees. This wine delivers bright acidity, herbal lift, and crisp minerality—pure Loureiro in a refreshing, terroir-honoring style.
