An Orphan Barrel release Whiskey enthusiasts would kill for. The barrels were discovered by Cascade Hollow’s Master Distiller Nicole Austin and the Whiskey actually lowered in proof during aging: it’s bottled at cask strength at an unusually low (for a Bourbon of this maturity) proof of 89.8.
