Produced in San Miguel Ejutla, Paquera Espadin & Barril Mezcal Artesanal is a small-batch artisanal Mezcal. The combination of Espadin and Barril agave is fermented in locally-made Awewete wood barrels before it’s double-distilled in copper pot stills.
