With an inauspicious start of 20 Whiskey barrels and zilch Whiskey-making know-how, bartender Sean Josephs and his team of talented friends made it happen due to their ingenuity and a palette of varied professional experience. The three friends priorly undertook dynamic careers, especially one being a bona fide sommelier! Josephs's background is reflected in the production of Pinhook's Spirits, as he treats Whisky-making like wine-making. Instead of pumping out a consistent flavor profile each year, Pinhook releases annual blends to showcase top-notch flavors of that particular year. As with vintage wine, the bottles eventually run out and are adios forever. Farewell, and better luck with the next purchase!
