Based in Cartagena on the Caribbean coast, the combination of land and weather provides the perfect base for sugar cane growth and therefore Rum production. The Dictador 12 Year Old Rum, made from the fermentation of unique virgin sugar cane honey, then distilled in a modern stainless steel alembic. This Dictador is a solera aged Rum, meaning it’s drawn from the solera vat at the ripe age of 12. Younger Rums are aged in oak casks and then blended with older Rums. T
