A classic London Dry is always a good idea. The Thames Distillery was founded in 1996 by Charles Maxwell who was an 8th-generation Gin distiller. Today, the distillery produces around 60 Gins for different brands – everything from international brands to small-scale operations for bars. Distilled at the Thames Distillery and bottled in Spain, Mombasa Gin is one of those premium brands. Mombasa Club Gin is a traditional London Dry Gin. Crafted from a blend of botanicals including juniper, angelica, coriander, and cassia bark, it’s inspired by the era of the British Empire when the city of Mombasa was an important port. Prepare for a light sweetness with pine, cumin, sage, and some black pepper spice that taste amazing on the rocks or in a classic G&T.
