The complete Quorhum !   Oliver Juanillo founded a sugarcane and tobacco plantation in Cuba in the 19th century. Quickly thereafter followed a distillery, which operated successfully until 1959, when Cuba was in the midst of the revolution. The founders of Oliver & Oliver fled with their know-how into exile to the Dominican Republic. There they found the conditions to produce high quality Rum to be even better. Oliver & Oliver produce the likes of Puntacana, Tres Hombres, and few other top Rums.   Quorhum 23 Year Old is the middle brother between Quorhum 12 Year Old and Quorhum 30 Year Old. It's distilled in traditional pot-stills and aged in a solera system for up to 23 years using ex-Bourbon casks. Even though it is a bit younger than its older brother it has all the best qualities that run in the family... For a better price. This one is all about spices and that leathery, cigar sensation.
