Amarula Raspberry Chocolate Liqueur (700mL)

Summer's favorite Liqueur. The story of Amarula starts in 1983 when the company bottled the first Spirit from the exotic marula fruit. What the heck is marula, you ask? It’s an exotic fruit not too disimilair to the potato (by the looks) that grows in miombo woodlands mostly in Southern Africa and it tastes velvety and rich with nutty-caramel flavors and a hint of citrus. In 1989, they added cream to the recipe and Amarula hit the shelves. A global success, these guys try to give back as much, launching The Amarula Trust in 2008 to help elephants keep meeting under the marula trees forever. Released in 2019, Amarula Raspberry Chocolate adds notes of raspberry and a hint of citrus-infused baobab extract to the classic velvety rich Liqueur. It’s fresh, smooth, and creamy and don’t be afraid to mix it with cola, Dark Rum, and vanilla ice cream for a Raspberry Float. Oh, and it won a Gold medal at the World Liqueur Masters in 2020.
