This beautiful knit drawstring bag employs a simple, sweet trellis slip stitch pattern with a hem channel and cleverly made drawstring (no i-cord!). The bag has a flat, boxed bottom with gusset so it can sit standing. This pattern makes two sizes. REGULAR: 1 skein Flax & Twine Daytime Linen DK Weight (100% linen; 125 yds/100 g) makes a 5.5" x 9" bag MINI: 1 skein Flax & Twine Daytime Linen Fingering Weight (100% linen; 125 yds/100 g) makes a 3" x 5" bag This makes a great project bag (you could even add a fabric lining!).
