Blue Flower Earl Grey

This blend hails from Sri Lanka.  It is flavored with traditional bergamot oil and garnished with edible blue cornflower petals that both give it an attractive appearance and creates a bold, sweet, and flowery cup that has heavy notes of citrus.  We tasted this tea alongside a more pedestrian Early Grey and we were all blown away.  Don't let the blue flowers throw you off.  This is a classic Earl Grey with a little twist.
