Blue Ram Cichlid The Blue Ram is a beautiful small blue, yellow, and pink cichlid fish. They only grow to about 2 inches. They are particularly colorful when they are in breeding colors. Blue Rams inhabit shallow heavily vegetated slow-moving streams with submerged branches, roots, or leaf litter. They are active fish that look great in a small group.  Blue Ram Cichlids prefer warm temperatures 78-86o F. The original wild rams came from Venezuela and Columbia.
