The Bristlenose Pleco Fish The Bristlenose Pleco is a favorite in the aquarium hobby. Also known as a Bushynose catfish for the appendages that sprout from their snout once they reach maturity. These fish are covered in boney plates and their mouths are on the bottom of their bodies which makes them excellent algae eaters! These fish are locally bred and are not imports.
